Academic Support

  • Available from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday.

If your service request is submitted near the end of our support window, we may not be able to respond until the next business day.

Holiday Closures
Please note, we are closed on all Canadian and Ontario statutory holidays.
For our Online Students, the help-desk is also closed during long weekends.
