OneDrive Backup instructions
When you are finished your program, you will receive an email that your OneDrive account will expire. The email will mention backing up your files as they will be deleted after the 12-week timer expires.

Log into Office.com with your student account and password.
Click on the three lines in the top left corner and go to OneDrive.
Select the file that you want to save and click the 3 dots in a line. Select download and it will save a copy to your computer, do this for any files you want to keep.
