Troubleshooting CallTrackingMetrics
My phone isn't working
My CallTrackingMetrics Phone is not ringing.
Check your Sound settings inside of your Chrome Browser.
My computer is ringing but I can't answer the call
Navigate to the CallTrackingMetrics tab in your browser when your computer is ringing. You will then encounter the 'Answer/Ignore' button.
Click ‘Answer’ to connect with the call.
Update your settings to ensure that the following Site Settings are marked as ON:
Microphone
Pop-Ups and Redirects
Notifications
I'm logged into CTM but I'm not getting any calls
Ensure that you are set to available inside CallTrackingMetrics.
To set yourself as available, click the 'Available' button on the dial pad OR
Alternatively use the drop-down to set your account to 'available'.
My CTM is set to not available, how do I change that?

I can't see the call queue
To see the call queue, you must be transferring a call. To transfer a call navigate to 'How do I transfer a call to a campus? (Transferring Calls)'
Adding notes in CTM (not pushing to LSQ) (Adding Notes in CTM)
Notes entered into the CallTrackingMetrics platform will not transfer to Marvin. All notes should be entered in either specific tasks note sections or within the main notes section of the Opportunity profile.
When I text in CTM, it doesn't go into Converse (Texting in CTM)
Texting can only be completed inside of the Marvin platform using Converse. Text messages that are sent inadvertently through CallTrackingMetrics will not be logged inside of Marvin.
