How do I transfer a call to a campus? (Transferring Calls)


Transferring Calls to AGENTS 

 

Step 1: While on a phone call with a client, inside of CallTrackingMetrics click the ‘+Add’ button.

Step 2: Click ‘Hold & Add Agent’.

Step 3: Use the search bar to select for a specific user/queue or the list of available agents.     

Step 4: The Call will ring through to the added agent and the participants list will show.

Step 5: The other party (agent) will answer the call.

Step 6: Remove the client from ‘hold’ and make a short introduction between the client and the other party.

Step 7: Hang up using the small red phone icon in CallTrackingMetrics.


Transferring Calls to OUTSIDE NUMBERS 

 

Step 1: While on a phone call with a client, inside of CallTrackingMetrics click the ‘+Add’ button.

Step 2: Click ‘Hold & Add Number’.

Step 3: Click 'Outside' line, enter the phone number and click 'Call Now'.

Step 4: The Call will ring through to the added agent and the participants list will show.

Step 5: The other party will answer the call.

Step 6: Remove the client from ‘hold’ and make a short introduction between the client and the other party.

Step 7: Hang up using the small red phone icon in CallTrackingMetrics.
