The Following is a documentation to resolve the following error when using https://virtuallabs.tcbth.com/
The screen size of the remote session of Kroll is remote desktop based and the size of the screen allocated is determined by the screen size of the window creating the remote session.
Here are the steps to optimize the window size of the browser window and allow for enough of a resolution for Kroll to open.
Right click open space on your computer screen and select display settings
Select the screen that you want to open Kroll on if you have multiple screens in my case screen one, set scale to 100% and make sure that the display resolution is set to 1920 X 1080 or the highest resolution available
Open Google Chrome or Edge and go to https://virtuallabs.tcbth.com/ and select the three dots to the far right of the browser bar. The dots are horizontal in Edge and vertical in Chrome. In the Zoom section select full screen option which is the icon to the right of the plus button in both browsers.
You will know you are successfully if you see the following message and the browser screen takes up the full computer screen
Sign in with the Student or Staff email password and select continue
Select Kroll Dispensary and you will either see this following Fill Form FDB message which can be dismissed be selecting okay, or a Kroll Session window if that is the case select session followed by session 1. The mentioned Fill Form FDB should show up now and can be dismissed.
Sign into Kroll with credentials assigned by the instructor
If you are still receiving the resolution error sign out of remote session by selecting the windows Icon, your name and the sign out button, select reconnect, make sure the browser is set to full screen and then login again
