Downloading from the triOS/Eastern College’s eStore

Navigate to http://software.trios.com

Click on the left-hand panel (triOS/Eastern College eStore) and scroll to the bottom after reading the agreements of purchasing software from the eStore. (Note: some helpful videos on the site walk you through the process)

Click I agree and then select Continue:

You will be prompted to log in. You will need to log in with your school email address and password.

Select Proceed to Store

Accept the Cookies at the top and then select Start Shopping at the bottom

Select the product that you wish to purchase

Select Add to Cart and follow the check out process:

You will get confirmation that the purchase is in your cart and if you wish, you can purchase extended access for a nominal fee indicated by clicking on the add to cart icon.

 

Select check out

Click Accept at the top of the page and then fill in your username (your student/staff email address) and you signature is just your name.

Then fill in your contact information and select Proceed with order.

Save the Product Key as if you ever need to reinstall this software you will need it and there is a fee if they eStore must retrieve it for you. Your order confirmation will have these keys.

Click Download

You have 31 days to download the software to your computer or you will not be able to download it. You also will not be eligible to purchase it again.

 

Click download for any products that you want to install.

If you do not have a Microsoft account, you may have to create one if prompted depending on what software you are purchasing.

This is not the same as your school email and will be used to access any Microsoft products. If you have a Microsoft account, you can select Sign in. You will be directed to a sign-in page. Again, this is your Microsoft account, not your school email address.

 

Please refer to your downloads folder to retrieve any installation files.
