How do I submit a lead? (Submitting a Lead)

Leads are submitted through the Marvin platform using the 'apps' icon, located on the left navigation pane.

 

  1. Choose the 'apps' icon, which will open a side panel.

  2. Choose ‘XCAS Lead Create’.

  3. Select ‘triOS Lead’ or ‘Eastern Lead’ to submit the lead to the appropriate XCAS environment.

  4. The Lead Form will open - complete the form and submit it into the database.
