How to-Check Wi-Fi Setting on Direct Access Computer
When the staff connects their Direct Access computers to their home Wi-Fi for the first time it usually asks them if they want to share with computers or devices on the network. You should be choosing yes.

If you choose No, not wanting to allow your computer to connect to your home and work, it will set the connection public.
Once you set it to the public your operating system will starts blocking things. Check the setting by going to the Networking and Sharing Centre, then Wi-Fi
Check that Private has been chosen not Public and save the changes
