Resources for Users:
Microsoft Teams Team Chat – each team has been added into an MS Teams Group Chat specifically for the LeadSquared Platform. Use this as a resource to ask questions of your colleagues and managers
SharePoint – the team has curated a LeadSquared Learning Portal on SharePoint where resources such as a video library, user guides and FAQ document are housed.
IT Support Portal – create a ticket for the IT Support Team. Should they be unable to support the issue, they will escalate to the CRM Admin Team.
