NOTE: The screen size of the remote session of Kroll is remote desktop based, and the size of the screen allocated is determined by the screen size of the window creating the remote session. This fix must be done on the local machine prior to logging into the Virtual Lab environment |
Follow the steps below to optimize your browser window size for better resolution to open Kroll.
Right click open space on your computer screen and click display settings
Set scale to 100% and make sure that the display resolution is set to 1920 X 1080 or the highest resolution available.

Open Google Chrome or Edge and go to https://virtuallabs.tcbth.com/ and click the three dots to the far right of the browser bar. The dots are horizontal in Edge and vertical in Chrome.
In the Zoom section select full screen option which is the icon to the right of the plus button.

Sign in with your student or staff email password and click Continue
Launch Kroll Dispensary application
